Nobody woke up wanting eight billing systems
Join Databricks’ Nevash Pillay, Lumen Technologies’ Idilio Moncivais and TM Forum’s Guy Lupo to explore what it takes to move AI from pilot to scale. They discuss why trusted data, clear context and strong governance are critical as AI agents make more autonomous decisions, and how Lumen is embedding trust into its data and development processes. With AI-driven actions at Lumen tripling in just four months, the conversation shows how getting the foundations right can turn complex legacy environments into a platform for trusted AI at scale.
