I am a technically proficient Telecom Solution Architect with over 17 years of experience leading digital transformation programs across global markets. At Innovation Incubator, I architect and deliver AI-native, scalable, and API-driven solutions that enable communication service providers (CSPs) and enterprises to accelerate their digital evolution.

As part of our work on NerdAgent, our AI-powered orchestration platform, I help CSPs seamlessly automate complex workflows such as network provisioning, customer onboarding, and service assurance through TM Forum–compliant Open APIs. My goal is to help telecom operators adopt an interoperable and adaptive architecture that enhances agility, reduces integration complexity, and drives continuous innovation.

How do you use these APIs?

We are building a Platform-as-a-Service offering inspired by TM Forum’s Open Digital Architecture (ODA), where applications are constructed around modular ODA components. Using NerdAgent, we automatically generate domain-driven components based on TM Forum standard APIs, ensuring accuracy, interoperability, and consistency in our AI-driven outcomes.
